Pregnant During Menopause

Menopause is a relief for women because they can have more comfortable sex life and would be worry about being pregnant.
Even though you get the confirmation from your doctor about your menopause, then it would be impossible to get pregnant. So no worry about the protection during sex is needed because when menopause, there are no eggs available in your ovaries.
However it is possible to get pregnant through peri-menopause because you still can ovulation again and if there sperm present during the ovulation, it is possible being pregnant.
Peri-menopause is also known as the time that going to start of menopause because in this stage ovaries is close and the production of estrogen and progesterone are lessened. In other word, NO PREGNANCY. However recommended for protection is need if you do not wish to get pregnant.
The signs of peri-menopause are:
· The stopping of your period
· Your period becomes either shorter or longer, either lighter or heavier
· You will experience a sudden rush of heat in your upper body
· Hot flushes while you are having a lie-down
· Difficulty in sleeping
· Vaginal aridity
· Alteration in your mood swings
· Having problems in concentration
· The loss or reduction of your tresses

In conclusion, women should take protection even though you had menopause or peri-menopause. Pregnancy still may happened because your ovaries have not 100% shut down yet.
