So he found this place

at Kampung Baru

The decoration of the restaurant is simple

Menu and price is all on the wall..

Affordable and nice

This is "tian ji" which is frog

White and smooth porridge

which no need to add any flavour in it

This is "man yu" = eel

Delicious...

BTW..

There have two types

I had made many hair changes since foundation year.

Well...

My original hair is straight and long..

Natural straight I mean

Then I went to do straightening/rebonding during Form 5

Then after my NS which is National Service

I went to do long natural wavy curl hair..

Not so love that hair so I chopped it off during Lower Six

Then remain for straight and long until my foundation year.

Then I started to changed my hairstyle every semester.

Not perming then is cutting/dye hair

Few days ago, my friends and I went to Ipoh

for a walk and away from the dead town, Kampar.

Onn Kee Restaurant which offers a good "Nga Choi Kai".

It is located next to "Lou Wong Restaurant" which also sell "nga choi kai"

Nga Choi ( bean sprout) are big, fat and crunchy.

Perfectly cook and retaining the crunchy bite, and customers never had enough of it.

The steam chicken textures are very soft and tender.

Although, both the bean sprouts and chicken are very oily but who cares?

Eat first then only go diet is ok.

Nga Choi Kai's restaurants is always full with people.

So be patient for the dishes to arrive. =)

On the 4th and 5th December

I went to a soft skills program called

"Power Selling: NLP for Marketing and Sales"

It was the most great program which can let you know which type of people you are facing with.

This program is held by UTAR Soft Skills Department.

The facilitator is Mohd Rizal Hassan.

His class or program is full of activities not like the other programs.

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming

which is the study of the three, their connection, what that means and what we can do with it.

The Program Objectives were:

Understand and incorporate the basic presuppositions of NLP into the area of sales and marketing.
Building rapport by combining the elements of psychology and physiology.
Sell using effective techniques of positive persuasion.
Learn to subtly upgrade the quality of your product or services without bad mouthing the competitor.
Positively anchor the name of your product in the mind of your customers
Clarify their sales goals and target customers to enable better focus in energy and strategy.
Stay focus and motivated on achieving those goals while anticipating and preparing to face future challenges

It also known as pumpkin served with icing sugar

which made the Dessie sweet and savory.

Tofu Balls is done by adding in lots of herbs, vegetables and cheeses

and then roll it in whole grain bread crumb and baked till golden brown.

Last week my friends and I went to Sitiawan, hometown of my friend Catty.

Before we entered Sitiawan, we went to:

Sitiawan is a region in the Manjung district of Perak, Malaysia. Foochows heritage has been prominently identified with Sitiawan. Sitiawan is famous of red rice wine/红酒面线 and Kong Piang/光饼.

Every since I came to Kampar,

My friends introduced all the nice place to eat

But this "dong bo rou" a.k.a pork meat is the most delicious meal ever I ate in Kampar

The meat is so Q and the kuah does not make us feel so uncomfortable.

It looked oily but it does not taste oily

The meat does not have much fats meat

It served with winter melon soup and some veggie.

It only costs Rm5.60 per person.

It is located nearby KTAR

In front of the apartment

The shop name is

"Tai Beng Seng" or "Wo Wen Tian"

A kind reminder:

This meal very "laku"

Mostly the meat after 630pm already finish

So please be early or you can have it as lunch :)

Ikan Bakar

Went for ikan bakar last week

With friends.

Normally seafood is expensive and small in size

But the stall we went is different.

The size of the fish is big and had many meat

It only cost RM14

We also order 2 sotong, and veggie and 2 plate of rice

Total all less than RM50

Around RM35-40

It is located beside CK shop and Long Foong Gok

All the foods is done by themselves a.k.a homemade.

The first snack were served for us
"Italian Vegetable Soup"
A robust soup with plenty vegetables, beans and herbs.
It's yummy and had a little spice in it
Once you try it, you might order another bowl.

Second meals were chicken balls, veggie balls and garlic mashed potato

It can be serve in different kind of sauce.

Parma Pollo Palle (Parma Chicken Balls)
Minced chicken stuffed with 4 different cheeses, dusted in parmesan
breading and fried, then baked to golden brown.

The veggie balls is very delicious.

Oven-baked Italian whole grain rice ball wrapped around assorted vegetables,

portobello mushroom and mozarella cheese,

The mashed potato can be serve in black pepper sauce or tomato sauce.

Polpette di carne di manzo (Beef Meatballs)
Mildly seasoned ground beef stuffed with a selection of herbs and baked to perfection.

Agnello Palle (Lamb Balls)
Mince lamb stuffed with feta cheese, marinated in herbs
and special blend of seasonings.
To those who not use to the smell of the lamb, can do not try it =)

Garlic rice with 2 different sauce; black pepper sauce and tomato sauce

Recently I watched this Korean drama

Sungkyunkwan Scandal

Overall, this drama is a comedy,love and politic drama. So far it does not bored me and it keep me laughing through out the drama.The total of this drama is 20episode.

The story is set in Sungkyunkwan University during the Joseon era, it revolving around the exploits and love stories about the four youths.When her younger brother falls ill, Kim Yoon Hee enters the school in his place and disguised as a boy in her desperation to find a way to support him. She then becomes friends with Lee Sun Joon, rich and the brains of the gang, playboy Goo Yong Ha and the rebellious Moon Jae Shin. It almost the same as the Chinese Romeo&Juliet but it would be a good ending.

We just ended our tough job and had recharged our energy

We went to Sungai Wang for shopping and lunch.

The food is very nice
If you like spicy thing, the tomyam can be your choice..
For our dinner, Kai Fen recommended a restaurant

The tv is repeat and repeat
We can add the sauces that they prepare

Never Forgotten Experience: Nike Run 10k

I had experience a more than 20 hours of sleepless night in Kuala Lumpur.

On the 9th October, I woke up at 8am for breakfast and also packing to be done.

Our train departure at 630pm and the whole afternoon I spent it by cleaning my room and surfing the net.

I thought during the ride, I would be sleeping in the whole journey to KL,

But I can't sleep because the train was airing Spiderman 2

The movie ended when we reached KL Sentral

Then we had dinner and continue to Ampang Park.

We reached at the venue at 10pm while my friends around 11pm.

After registration, we went to McD for the air condition and place to sit.

While waiting for my friends to arrive,I took the picture of KLCC using my dear's phone

credit to Fong Wee.

She took the picture while I was waiting at the Water Station at Pavillion.

The run started at 7am (10.10.10) and everyone had to registered at 3am for volunteer and 4am for the runners.It is a very hectic day and sleepless night.

This event ended at 11pm and we got our salary RM60 which included t-shirt, supper, breakfast and got free special edition doll of Nike.

Then we went to hotel for a nap.

Menopause is a relief for women because they can have more comfortable sex life and would be worry about being pregnant.

Even though you get the confirmation from your doctor about your menopause, then it would be impossible to get pregnant. So no worry about the protection during sex is needed because when menopause, there are no eggs available in your ovaries.

However it is possible to get pregnant through peri-menopause because you still can ovulation again and if there sperm present during the ovulation, it is possible being pregnant.

Peri-menopause is also known as the time that going to start of menopause because in this stage ovaries is close and the production of estrogen and progesterone are lessened. In other word, NO PREGNANCY. However recommended for protection is need if you do not wish to get pregnant.

The signs of peri-menopause are:

· The stopping of your period
· Your period becomes either shorter or longer, either lighter or heavier
· You will experience a sudden rush of heat in your upper body
· Hot flushes while you are having a lie-down
· Difficulty in sleeping
· Vaginal aridity
· Alteration in your mood swings
· Having problems in concentration
· The loss or reduction of your tresses
